Angel Hair Pasta with Garden Fresh Veggies from the Sharecropper Kitchen

Angel Hair with Garden Fresh Veggies

This morning I had an abnormal craving for pasta. Normally I prefer good ole fashioned veggies and protein. So I went for a cruise in the garden and found some good candidates for a saute.

The above menagerie of yellow squash, chard, broccoli greens, onion shoots, and green beans was sauteed in a combination of Il Fustino’s Basil and Garlic infused olive oil, butter, sea salt and oregano.

I tossed the pasta with butter, garlic powder, and cracked black pepper. The finished product was delicious. This should take care of my pasta craving for a while.
