Had a little gathering this eve and did some grilling over the fire. A friend brought over some garden fresh veggies and I came up with a little somethin’.
I decided to roast all the veggies over the fire. Made sure to turn the peppers to get the skin nice and peelable. Put all the ingredients in the blender and added some Tercero Rose’, Garlic herb seasoning, Il Fustino garlic infused olive oil, and sea salt. This went great with the bbq chicken and smoked pork.
